Katy Longnecker, Office Manager

Katy is a graduate of Davenport University and has recently retired from the hospital setting as a physical therapist assistant.  Katy has years of organizational, budgeting and financial coaching experience.  Her cheerful attitude and smile light up the room even in the grind of the long tax season.    

Kaitlyn (Kaitie) VanRhee, Staff Accountant

Kaitie has a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Baker College that she earned back in 2014.   Kaitie has been working in the accounting field since graduation and is our in house bookkeeper and payroll specialist.  In 2022 Kaitie completed the annual filing season program for tax professionals and began helping with the filing of taxes during the busy season. All this while raising 4 young kids a home.
